Mixed Weekend
Bad: Lacked the motivation to drive out to Worcester to attend Gaming Weekend on Friday. Only stopped by for a few minutes on Saturday, and didn't actually play anything. = ( It's the last one of the year, too. Also missed The Animation Show, since ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
kaiwoklaw and I weren't really in the mood to rush off the Boston in the rain on Saturday. I wasn't in the mood for it anyway at the time, so I doubt that I would have enjoyed it all that much.
Good: Still had a good time withkaiwoklaw. We picked up our pottery and my latest tile came out kind of nifty. We watched Clone Wars episodes 21-25 together and I was pleased to see that we both liked many of the same bits. "Poor sad Yoda." = ) Also, when we stopped by Gaming Weekend I discovered that I placed 3rd in the Fiction Writing contest, which gets me $20 to spend at TE, I think.
I've tried not to use my hand a whole lot lately, but it's time to work on some art before I go crazy. Looking forward to the rescheduled workshop for oriental brush painting on Saturday.
