As is traditional, I am listening to "It's Not My Birthday" by They Might Be Giants. Speaking of They Might Be Giants, I found a cute little thing in another livejournal in which one answers certain questions using only song titles. I misread it initially, and thought you could use songs from multiple bands, but such is not the case. Fooey. So I have redone my list entirely in They Might Be Giants, as follows:
1. Are you male or female: "Mr. Me"
2. Describe yourself: "I Should Be Allowed to Think"
3. How do some people feel about you?: "If I Wasn't Shy"
4. How do you feel about yourself?: "Why Must I Be Sad?"
5. Describe your significant other(s): "She's an Angel"
6. Where would you rather be?: "Sleeping in the Flowers"
7. Describe what you want to be: "Whistling in the Dark" (I just couldn't resist...if you know the song, you get the joke here)
8. Describe how you live: "A Self Called Nowhere"
9. Describe how you love: "Till My Head Falls Off"
10. Share a few words of wisdom: "Man It's So Loud In Here," "Why Does the Sun Shine? (The Sun is a Mass of Incandescent Gas)," "I am Not Your Broom"
