Wow, the Internet is still here!
Jun. 2nd, 2003 08:55 pmI haven't been online as much as usual this past week. In many ways this is a good thing, since it means that I spent more time on my art, working on RPG stuff, cultivating an army of giant mutant produce, and so on. However, it also means I'm behind on so many things that I used to do while I was online. Livejournal entries (reading and writing) are certainly on the list of things that fell by the wayside. Gotta catch up on reading some of those later.
Just updated my website with the updated illustration for my Zokujin RPG character, "Digger." That's one of those things that I started a long time ago, put off, and forgot about. Felt good to finally finish that. It's much like the old version, but I changed him from wearing a Skin of the Claw and some bracers to wielding the claw-enhancing item that he actually has in the game.
My next goal is to finish Episode 16 of Thing #5. To my horror, I discovered that it's been in the works for 2 years. 2 YEARS. It boggles the mind. Perhaps the worst part is that it's just a frivolous thing, and will never be worth waiting 2 years for. If I haven't lost my 2 fans by now, I probably will if they actually read it. I wonder whatever happened to them.
Of course, what I should really be doing is working on Exalted. It's felt more like work than fun lately, though. That's another sign that I need a break from it. I already felt that the level of detail was starting to suffer. So it should probably go on hold soon unless I develop a sudden new desire to work on it.
