Spontaneous Snowman

I finally got around to downloading this from the camera:

This appeared in our back yard after after a snowstorm, without human intervention of any kind. To me, it looked like a snowman spontaneously forming itself from the snow, rising up from the ground. Spooky.

Spontaneous Snowman is 40% complete! I like how the stick arms look like they're reaching for the sky.

Oh, the stick arms are what totally sell the whole thing. It's exactly how I would have stuck them in there if I were trying to create the effect artificially. That's what makes it so eerie. = )
