Albino Land Octopus

A rare sighting. The weather these past few months just hasn't been right for them, but one finally made an appearance yesterday.

Damn. I hate that I never thought of creating a Snow Octopus!

There's a whole range of things more interesting to build than just the standard snowman. = )

That is too AWESOME! I hope he (she?) didn't try to attack you for getting close enough to take a picture!

Fortunately it had just eaten several snow crabs, and wasn't hungry when I went to take the picture. = )

That is quite fortunate. And that would mean that it was probably too sluggish to chase you down for when it was hungry later, which is always a good thing!

Teehee - You have what is known as an 'Original Mind'! I loe lateral thinking, or thinking out 'of the box' and this one looks DANGEROUS!! How big were his tentacles? One of those GIANT ones??? Eeeek. and looking to the NE of him it looks like a wee chickabidddy bird... I think that might be just luck!

Whatever will you come up with next!? Bless you and Happy Snowthinging!!! HUGS - keep warm tho.

I think tentacles were 2 or 3 inches thick - there's a footprint in the middle of the bottom of the picture for scale.
