Peasant's Quest

hwangoOkay, I admit that I'm actually trying to play the Homestar Runner game Peasant's Quest. If you're not familiar with it, then be sure to watch the ad for the game. Is anyone else actually trying to play this game? I'm stuck and need help.
I managed to make a small hole in the wall of the hut with no doorknob. I've slain the Kerrek, and the Jhonka is jumping up and down by his riches. I've got the Inn open, but need to find a robe. I've spotted the weird guy in the tree who disappears if you try to talk to him and I gather that I'm probably supposed to ask him for his robe, but 'asking about' doesn't seem to work on that screen.
Anyone out there a bit further than this, and willing to give me a hint to get me moving again?
