brigits_flame mentioned Hemingway's 6-word story, and challenged everyone to write their own...though since none of us are Hemingway, we get 8 words (or fewer if you don't need all 8). I had a lot of fun with it and wrote a bunch of them. My favorites:
Captain's log, final entry: World flat after all.
The war is over, and the cockroaches win.
Note to self: in next life, avoid tigers.
