Today's Digger - reference to past strips

For those of you who read Digger and feel like there's something familiar about the scene at the bottom of today's page - the last time this happened was page 363 (or at least the file numbered 363). I knew it was a reference to past events that I couldn't quite remember, so I looked it up. I figured I'd save you guys the trouble.

Good catch! It's still funny too. I wish the comic did not move at a tortoise's pace but I can't really complain since it's free!

It's definitely varied a bit in pacing over time, and has been going particularly slow lately. The single-panel pages with the 1 or 2 lines of dialog don't really push the story forward much.
