I like the top 2, I like seeing more of the crab/plant life in the second one, but the "black space" in the top one, so I guess I would say nudge the crab a bit over but not as much as the middle one :)
I'm guessing it's because you made these a web version, but I find the text kind of hard to read. If it's legible in real life, don't worry about it.
You may also want to nudge the text down on the top and up on the bottom just a touch so it doesn't get cut off when printed.
