I don't think it comes with any rules - it assumes you already know how to play. But you might be able to find a PDF of the rules online, and then it's just a matter of figuring out the interface...I didn't think it was that bad, but then I already knew how to play. Let me know if you run into any problems. I don't mind explaining either the rules or the interface.
