Time to stop aging?

hwangoI'm officially 29. I've heard mixed reviews of 30 and up, so maybe I should consider discontinuing that whole "getting older" thing and stay 29 for a while.
Currently, I'm baking my birthday cake. This is not as pathetic as it sounds - my mom would have done it, but I thought I'd get it out of the way while it's cool outside so I don't have to spend the day in a toasty hot house because we had to run the oven at 350° F during the day.
