What's wrong with me?

Earlier tonight I had the disquieting experience of someone asking me if I was feeling alright, because I didn't look so good. I was too taken aback to ask exactly what about my appearance brought this on, which is too bad. If there's something wrong with my human disguise, I'd like to know what it is.

I get that a lot, probably because I have a tendency to look unhappy even when I'm not.

But he seemed concerned that I was physically ill, not upset...I think. Now I'm not sure. It all happened in kind of a blur.
