Slowly but surely, I think I'm recovering from Horrible Death Plague version 3.0. I'm still tired quite a lot of the time, many things don't taste right, and I still have a vague sense of queasiness at times. However, the pain in my neck is pretty much gone, my wheezing cough has been almost completely eliminated, and the bees have all vacated the nest that they had constructed in my hollowed-out skull. The fever seems to be under control. I'm willing to admit to the possibility that life might be worth living after all. I'm reserving judgement for a few more days, though.
