When I was very young, a man came to my school and told all of us that the key to happiness in life was to always follow our dreams. That seemed unlikely, but I was young and impressionable, and I believed him.

So, guided by those strange and terrible dreams, I have spent the last few decades studying forbidden tomes, collecting eldritch artifacts, and doing all manner of unspeakable things.

My work finally complete, watching as the walls between worlds crumble and nameless horrors spill out of the void...well, I'm sure I'll start to feel happy any moment now.

Eldritch is a tough word to work in naturally. You have succeeded and my hat is off to you, sir! *grins*

It's so much easier for me because I use it so often in my day to day life. Eldritch, squamous, non-Euclidean, antediluvian...all words I use several times a day. = )

Oh, well definitely antediluvian. I say that 3 times before breakfast, at least! ;)

The villain dilemma! Wonderful! I love how you go from hum-drum "visitor at school" to something skin to Armegeddon so seamlessly.

You've got to watch out for those motivational speakers...they can unwittingly send our young people down a path of unspeakable darkness. = )

Your stories make me laugh. This is no exception. I read this... two days ago? and am still chuckling over it's brilliance in so few words.

Good job!

This seriously made me laugh. You've proven that it doesn't take a lot of words to create an interesting world.
